The Korean Association Council on the United Nations System participated in the "20th East Asian United Nations System Seminar" hosted by the Japan Association for the United Nations Studies (JAUNS) from November 12 to 13, 2021.

This international seminar, which was postponed for a year due to the COVID-19 situation, was hosted online by the JAUNS, and the Korean and Chinese Associations for the United Nations System also participated in the seminar.

In this seminar, experts from the three countries, China, Japan, and Korea gathered together to present a plan for cooperation between the three countries and the role of the United Nations in various fields such as governance, SDGs, education, environment and resources, and NGOs.
